Information you share
Enquiries collect your name, email, optional telephone number, enquiry topic, and message. Volunteer interest forms ask about skills and availability. Partnership forms also collect organisation and country information. Please avoid sharing sensitive medical information or children’s personal details through these forms.
How we use it
The foundation uses enquiry information to review and respond to your message, discuss participation or collaboration, and manage follow-up. Access is limited to authorised staff. Submission records are saved privately; sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Donations
If online giving is enabled, the website records donor contact details, amount, currency, purpose, reference, and payment status. Paystack handles payment details on its hosted checkout. This website does not collect full card numbers or card security codes.
Optional email updates
Signing up for foundation updates is separate from other forms. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or contact the foundation. Email confirmation may be required before updates begin.
Cookies and services
Essential session cookies support secure forms and staff access. Browser session storage keeps a private donation-status token while you complete checkout. This build does not include advertising trackers. Payment and email services process relevant data when they are configured.
Keeping and protecting records
Enquiry and payment records are stored in protected server storage and are accessible only to authorised staff. Contact the foundation to discuss deletion, including any records subject to accounting or other retention obligations. The foundation’s final retention schedule and service-provider details will be added when confirmed.
